Life is tough, and sometimes takes lots of tears to realize that not everyone is good, kind and trustworthy. Many people suffer horrible things because they just trust the wrong person or chose the wrong decision. Being kind in a world of madness is tough but you are strong and let me tell you- it’s not your fault the world is what it is.

Is hard to don’t blame ourselves for decision or omission that we know caused a hard time to us and maybe a lifetime of reminder. However, we will always learn and become more. We can fall, we can cry that’s part of life. Isn’t fair – you may be right- plenty of the times things, illness, heartbroken…are not fair in many ways, but we’re still living, and we are still Gods sons and daughters.

Never forget that we can overcome anything in life no matter how bad it seems, how awful may look we all have the power of remaking our life and we all deserve a second, third… as many chances we need to grow and become our best version.  Don’t blame yourself just be a better person.

                        

Fill your heart with love and compassion. Don’t hate those who caused you harm. That pain will become a scar – you may see it all the time, you may feel it with your hands, but time will heal and at some point, you may see it but no longer will cause you pain. It will remind you how strong and wonderful you are. You will grow and learn you’re capable of overcome anything.
